Management team
Managing Director, Fraser Nicol
Fraser founded the company and has over 20 years experience in the glass industry, in varying roles. Formerly a senior financial executive with Philips, Fraser qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then moved into manufacturing.
Director of Operations, Mark Jarrod
Mark has been in the glass industry man and boy, joining a national glass firm directly after leaving school at 17.
He initially worked in most shop-floor areas in the industry, from planning through production to dispatch, before moving 'up the ranks' to ultimately be responsible for manufacturing sites in Cambridgeshire, Kent & Essex
His move to Holloseal provided him with the opportunity and guidance to use this experience to help build a lean, modern and technologically advanced manufacturing facility
Director of Logistics and Eco-Director, Peter Simpkins
Peter entered the glass industry as Transport Manager for Steeles Glass in 1986 until 1990 when it was taken over by the Home Comfort Group. During this period as Transport Manager he met Fraser Nicol who subsequently opened Holloseal Glass in 1993.
He was given the position of General Manager and now holds the position of Director Of Logistics and Eco-Director. His responsibilities include; overseeing the Transport Operation, Glass Purchasing, Engineering Depot, BSI, and our ever growing Environmental projects.
Head of Despatch, Nigel Roberts
Nigel started in the glass industry in 1980, in that time he has been involved in production, warehousing and despatch.
His current responsibilities include despatch and customer liason.
With nearly 30 years experience he is capable to help with any queries you might have.
Sales Manager, Paul Tooley
Paul has been in the industry for 22 years, with 20 years of sales experience.
Since that time he has worked in all aspects of sales from Specifications for Architects & dealing with contracts for Main Contractors to supply only products for all aspects of the the Glass industry.
Paul's responsibilities are to generate sales for the company by maximizing current customers potential and converting new potential customers to our customer base and ensuring our marketing and PR activities continue to evolve.
Sales Manager, Roger Coleman
Our most recent addition to the Holloseal management team is Roger Coleman, Roger has worked in the Glass industry for the last 22 years in the UK and Europe, and his role is to expand sales development with new and existing customers.
Office Manager, Adam Carter
Adam graduated with a BSc in Business Management and joined the business in 2004. Adam is responsible for managing the order processing office and developing good working relationships with all of our customers.
Sealed Unit Pre Production planning, David Nicol
Company Secretary, Sarah Carter
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Sarah joined the family business in 2007.
Sarah oversees the finance functions of the business.
Financial Controller, Lynda Kilby
With 15 years prior experience in banking & management accounting in the motor industry, Lynda joined Hollow Seal in 2000. Her main responsibilities include the smooth running of the day to day functions of the accounts department
